This guided healing journey will support you to drop out of the external world so you can be held in the dark soil of your body for a moment of reflection and repair. It is meant to be a salve to help you soften and find stillness. Sometimes we need to be guided into stillness and while there we can find restoration in the void of the unknown. Through guided energy healing you will also be guided to call back in light to provide resource to anything within you that needs repair.
