ReBirth Class + Guided Practice

This class and accompanying guided practice (below the video) will support you to witness and name individual wants and desires. Learn ways to recalibrate (and move stuck energy) so that you can better sense into the potency held in your desires. 

Creative Currents: a guided embodiment practice (24 min)

It is through our embodiment that the birth of conscious creation occurs. In this guided practice you’ll be guided to embody the sense of your creative energy. You will be supported to tune into and channel your creative spirit and life force. Through breath practices and energy healing techniques you will travel through your body and energy field to commune with and activate your creative flow and tangibly anchor it more into your physical awareness.

Activate Your Creative Essence Breathwork Class (60 min)

This class will support you to tune into the many facets of creation energy and call your creative voice forward. You'll also dive into a teaching on the the mother wound and cultivating your connection to the ultimate Mother.

Through breathwork you'll be supported to let go into the unknown. The place of possibility from which Creation comes. You will travel back to the original womb and your creative center, the sacral region, and work on healing blocks here around letting your voice be heard and where you may be controlling aspects of your creative flow and intuition.
