Guided Self Reiki Practice


This meditation is for those interested in deepening their self-care practice with Reiki. This 30 min self-Reiki practice connects the body to source energy as a tool for finding expansion and finding deeper states of presence. You’ll be guided through a practice to transform and expand through difficult sensations, pain, life experiences (etc). With the support of source energy and grounding techniques you’ll tap into your internal resources and your body’s natural state of being.



Reiki student’s receive this meditation as part of their training curriculum. You can work with this meditation wether or not you have been attuned to Reiki.
