Fire Cider Recipe

Combine in a 16 oz. jar or double recipe for a 32 oz. jar:

Approx 1 1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar

¼ cup radishes or horseradish

¼ cup diced ginger

½ lemon in slices

¼ of an orange in slices

¼ of an onion chopped

¼ cup garlic

½ tbsp peppercorn

½ tbsp cayenne

½ tbsp turmeric

Store in a cool dark place for one month, write a letter to your future self to find when you rescue the remedy one month from now 🙂

Strain liquid and use it to…

Take by the spoonful to boost immunity

Add a spoonful to soups or as a salad dressing with oil

Add to hot water and serve with honey + lemon for tea (good for sore throats)

Use as a salve on sore muscles + joints

Soak a towel in the cider and place on forehead for headaches (be careful of your eyes!)
